Privacy Policy
Last updated: December 8, 2025
Read-Only
We only request read access to repos you select.
Ephemeral
Code is processed in RAM and discarded.
No Training
Your code is never used to train models.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register via GitHub, we collect your email and username to authenticate your account and provide access to your workspace.
Repository Access: We only access repositories that you explicitly authorize through GitHub OAuth. We request read-only permission scopes.
Source Code (Temporary): To generate documentation and other outputs, we temporarily access the code and commit history of the repos you select. This data is processed ephemerally and is not stored in persistent databases.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your code solely to generate the documentation, visuals, summaries, and other product materials you request. Your private code is never used to train our models or any third-party foundation models, nor is it sold or shared with external parties.
3. Data Retention
Code Snapshots: Deleted immediately after processing. No raw code is stored long-term.
Generated Outputs: Stored securely so you can access your Dossiers, until you choose to delete them from your account.
Metadata: Lightweight metadata (project names, IDs, timestamps) may be retained to support account continuity and product functionality.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use trusted third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for generation tasks. All provider integrations use zero-retention or no-training modes where available, meaning your data is used only to generate the requested output and is not stored or used to train models.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC2-compliant cloud providers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. User Controls
You may request deletion of your generated outputs, account data, or linked repositories at any time. Removing a repository revokes all future access to its contents immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications.
